Peridyn Labs ships to all 50 US states. International orders are accepted case-by-case for verified institutional buyers and require a separate compliance review before quotation.
Orders ship the next business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday are held until Monday's dispatch window to minimize weekend transit dwell.
Every shipment is packed in a discreet unbranded outer box or padded mailer. Cold-sensitive lots ship inside an insulated cooler mailer with pre-conditioned ice packs sized for the expected 2–3 day transit window. Each shipment includes a printed packing slip. Batch Certificates of Analysis are published on each product page in the registered catalog.
If a shipment arrives damaged or compromised, Peridyn Labs replaces it at no cost. To claim, email support@peridynlabs.com within 10 business days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item and its packaging.
Laboratory reagents (bacteriostatic water, PBS, acetic-acid water) are processed as a separate order even when placed in the same session as a peptide order. This is a deliberate compliance separation — reagents ship in an independent packet, are billed separately at checkout, and are never included in a peptide-order box.
Peridyn requests signature on delivery for orders ≥ $500. Signature waiver is available on request but shifts the risk of loss on delivery to the buyer.
Peridyn cannot re-route a shipment once accepted by the carrier. Corrections requested after dispatch are handled at buyer expense.
If a shipment is returned to Peridyn as undeliverable, we contact the buyer for a new address. Re-shipping is billed at cost. Perishable lots that complete a failed-delivery return cycle are destroyed; a replacement is available at buyer expense or the order refunded net of a 10% restocking fee.
International buyers should contact institutions@peridynlabs.com before ordering. Peridyn does not ship to countries subject to comprehensive US sanctions or to any address whose customs regime prohibits the specific compound requested. All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility.
